Yucca Valley High student arrested after he allegedly threatened a school shooting

Police arrested a 16-year-old Yucca Valley High School student on Thursday after the teenager threatened to carry out a school shooting.

The school received information about a male student making threats about 12:30 pm, according to Z107.7. Police responded and spoke to multiple students who confirmed the threats.

During the investigation, two firearms were found at the student’s home, reports Victor Valley News.
