Are you over summer yet? Of course you are. It’s been what seems like years since you have been able to open a window, turn off your A/C unit, or just spend 5 minutes not sweating. Well, while the calendar says that summer will be over in just a couple of weeks, Mother Nature has decided it just hasn’t been hot enough yet and so get ready for a scorcher of a weekend in the Coachella Valley and throughout Southern California.

Palm Springs is forecasted to have high temps of 113 on Saturday and 115 on Sunday *sigh*. Then next week will see every day over 110 degrees.
Obviously, we all know the weather could be much worse and everyone in the path of Hurricane Harvey is in our thoughts. Plus, just as long as the electrical grid stays up so we can watch the big fight and the Season Finale of Game of Thrones, we’ll be ok.
