You love yourself some In-N-Out Burgers. But, what makes the company so successful? The President of In-N-Out rarely does interviews, but Friday 33-year-old Lynsi Snyder talked about In-N-Out’s success on “CBS This Morning”.
Some highlights:
- While In-N-Out and McDonald’s started at the same time in 1948, they chose very different directions (Mickey D’s franchised, while In-N-Out stayed a private company)
- In-N-Out is found in just 6 states because each store must be within 600 miles of a distribution center – of which there are only 3.
- Nothing from the franchise is ever frozen or microwaved
- In-N-Out store managers can make 6 figure salaries!!!
- In-N-Out is now valued at $1,000,000,000
- Snyder gains full control of the company when she turns 35
