This is video from El Paseo Fashion Week in which…ummmm…well…hmmmm…okay, I have no idea.

This video – which seems to come straight out of a bad acid trip – features lots of leggings, Whitney Houston, lots and lots of dogs, a really patriotic elderly woman, a local tv news anchor, and a pint size Michael Jackson – all for, well, who knows.  Fashion, I guess.
