Video: Guy robbing taxi with gun fails to notice cop is right behind him

A Pennsylvania man was arrested after pulling a gun on a cab driver…right in front of a cop.

A dashcam recorded the incident. “Give me all your money man! Give me everything you got,” the suspect yelled at the driver after entering the vehicle and showing his weapon.

“We can do this the easy way or the hard way, keep your hands where I can see them,” the suspect told the driver. “I need it all right now if you don’t want to die.”

The taxi driver attempts to tell the man that he just started his shift and does not have much cash on him.

And while this was all going on, neither man saw that a Berks County sheriff’s cruiser was sitting right behind them.

The deputy put his emergency lights on and approached the vehicle – where he took the weapon and arrested 18-year-old Victor Herrea for robbery and making terrorist threats.

“Oh my God you’re a lifesaver,” the cab driver told the deputy.

Officials later determined the weapon was in fact a pellet gun.
