Police arrested a Twentynine Palms man on Wednesday after they say he robbed two women at gunpoint.
The women went to a house on Sun Valley to buy baby clothes. They left the house and pulled their car over a bit up the street to check out their purchases about 7:30 pm. That’s when a man walked up to their car, pointed a gun, and demanded all of their property, according to Z107.7.
Darren Tolbert, 34, was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and for a no-bail warrant for spouse abuse.
