Police are searching for the driver who fled the scene after rolling a Cadillac in Thermal and leaving behind a 6-year-old girl who was seriously injured.

The accident happened a few minutes after midnight on Saturday, on Pierce Street – according to KESQ.

The driver of a 2000 Cadillac CTS lost control of the car and it rolled over into a field.

The person driving the car fled the scene, leaving behind the young girl, who was hospitalized, and a 22-year-old who did not suffer major injuries.

There is no word yet on the relationship between the passengers and driver of the car.
