The new Amazon Fire TV Cube looks rad – and you can save $30 on it

Sometimes we write about stuff we think you’ll like. Cactus Hugs has affiliate partnerships, so we might get a share of the revenue from your purchase.

Amazon has been brining it when it comes to Alexa devices and its Fire line of streaming products. Now, the company has fused the Amazon Fire TV Cube – which can be yours for $30 off if you’re a Prime Member.

With the Amazon Fire TV Cube, you can ask Alexa to turn on the TV, dim the lights, choose what to play on the television (even from your cable box!), and more – and all without leaving the couch or even using a remote control, which is nice because you always end up losing the remote anyway.

With the device, you can enjoy tens of thousands of channels, apps, and Alexa skills – including over 500,000 movies and TV episodes from Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO, SHOWTIME, NBC, and more. You can also access YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, and more websites (perhaps CactusHugs?) with Silk and Firefox browsers. And you can do all of it with video quality that is a 4K Ultra HD up to 60 fps, HDR, and the audio clarity of Dolby Atmos.  Not bad for under $90 for Prime members – and, if you are not a Prime member, you can check out all it has to offer for free for 30 days.

Right now, Prime members can save $30 when pre-ordering the Fire TV Cube – which will be released on June 21. Additionally, any customers who purchase and register their Fire TV Cube by July 1, will also receive a $10 credit for Prime Video, which is nice.
