Taco Bell is testing a Pop Rocks burrito in SoCal

Because Taco Bell must continue offer up a menu full of co-branded surprises, we now learn the company is testing out a new food(?) product burrito-like thing that uses a topping powder made of Pop Rocks.

A Redditor going by the name of Elbore stumbled upon the Firecracker Burrito ($1.29) and the upsell Pop Rocks packet, err cayenne popping crystals, which go for 20 cents more.

According to Uproxx, the burrito and topping is being tested in Orange County for now and might expand if people like it. Just be sure not to mix it with soda like Mikey from those Life cereal commercials did in that totally true tragedy you read about on the internet.
