Sylvester Stallone is selling his Madison Club pad for $3.3 million

Sylvester Stallone’s place in La Quinta has hit the market and it’s selling for a lot less than it was five years ago.

As the LA Times reports, the Madison Club home has just listed for $3.35 million. That’s $849,000 less than what Stallone asked when he listed it five years ago and much less than the $4.5 million he paid for the property 10 years ago.

The two-story house runs about 5,000 square feet and has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a wine room, a two-story living room under dramatic wood beams, and a dining room that opens to a terrace in the back. There’s also multiple terraces, a fountain-fed pool and spa, and a patio with a fire pit. Sadly, there doesn’t appear to be a boxing ring.

The Madison Club has been in the news quite a lot over the past few years as several properties have been scooped up inside the private, gated community be members of the Kardashian family.
