A Los Angeles man is claiming The Colonel served him up a fried rat.

Devorise Dixon posted the above photo to his Facebook on Friday claiming that he was served a rat at KFC. He wrote that the manager of the store even told him that it was indeed a rat. He also added a video because, why not I guess.
But KFC says the whole thing is a hoax (what? A hoax?? On the internet!).
“Based on this, and the fact that he refuses to allow anyone to see the product, we are left to believe that he intended to deceive the public with this hoax and we are considering all options,” KFC said in a statement.
The company also provided a photograph of another angle of the photo showing a bite taken and what appears to be chicken under all the breading. KFC attempted to reach out to Dixon, but he did not respond.
