No need to waste cash on flowers, chocolates, and fancy dinners this Valentine’s Day – just give your lady a customized song with her name in it…no matter what her name is.
Los Angeles singer, songwriter, and YouTuber Jonathan Katz has created YourTune, a collection of 121 original songs(!) all incorporating a different woman’s first name.
For example, here is a song for “Sarah”:
And here is one for “Megan”:
So why go through so much effort to produce so many songs? Katz says, “Everybody should have a song, and what better time to give them out than Valentine’s Day? Guys can learn a song for their girlfriend, or the ladies can simply enjoy a song with their name in it.”
Katz chose to post the songs on YouTube because the platform offered an intimate experience, while also reaching a lot of people. “I wanted to share my music in a way that would be personal to as many people as possible,” says Jonathan.
