A suspected road rage incident on the 60 freeway led to two arrests on Saturday afternoon after someone in a Lexus showed a firearm to another driver before crashing into a guardrail.

Police received calls from numerous people about a Lexus heading east on the 60 driving erratically, according to the Press Enterprise. When another car tried to pass it, the Lexus nearly hit it.

The driver made some sort of “hand gestures” – which is when someone in the Lexus brandished a firearm.

The Lexus then took off onto the I-215 north and crashed into a guardrail.

Both occupants of the Lexus were arrested – one being a minor – and neither of them was injured in the crash.
