El Gallito, a popular Mexican restaurant – and one of the few reasons to go to Cathedral City – is calling it quits at the end of this month after 39 years. But, fear not, their recipes can live on in your kitchen…so long as you are willing to pay up.
There is a sign on the doors of the restaurant that states that, while the building and business are not for sale, the recipes of the place are, according to this post on Facebook:
Here is guessing most of their dishes comprise of some combination of tortillas, cheese, beans, rice, cumin, and salsa. Only one way to find out: let’s buy the recipes and start a restaurant. There is no way we will fail!
