Police responded to the report of a man being stabbed in Thousand Palms on Monday night.
Riverside County sheriff’s deputies arrived at a residence on Thelma Avenue a little before 5 pm, according to the Desert Sun, due to an altercation involving two male juveniles and a man.
Sheriff’s officials say the man had been stabbed but, for some reason, he fled before deputies arrived.
The juveniles were detained.
