One arrested in connection with shooting near 10 Freeway in Cabazon

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that happened early Saturday morning near the 10 Freeway in Cabazon.

Deputies arrived to the area of Main Street and the 10 a little after 2 am to find a car that had been struck by gunfire, according to KESQ. No one was injured.

There was no word on how many shots were fired or what led to the shooting.

Update: Billy Marshall, 32, of Phoenix, was arrested in connection with the shooting in Cabazon and booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
