A person was injured by a hit and run driver early Friday morning in Palm Springs.
Palm Springs Police were called at about 2 am to Palm Canyon Drive and Escoba Drive, according to KESQ.
The pedestrian suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. The suspect reportedly drove off in a dark-colored vehicle.
