Subway restaurants – known best for that smell, seriously what the hell is that awful smell at every restaurant? – may now be known as an alternative to Coachella as, over the weekend, one shirtless dude appeared to be having a a great time as he was spotted dancing and making sandwiches (!) behind the counter.
The man was seen in Festus (for the rest of us?), Missouri over the weekend.
Notice that he is wearing gloves, because not wearing them while making a sandwich would be gross.
Customers sent photos to Fox 2 who learned that the man was not even a current Subway employee. Here is the statement form the company:
The person behind the counter that appears in the video is not a current subway sandwich shop employee and was not authorized to go behind the counter. The former employee left the shop before further action could be taken. I apologize to my guests for this unusual occurrence.
Of course this is not even close to the worst thing that has happened to the fast food chain over the last year – but it is just further proof we should probably all just go ahead and stop eating at Subway.
