A 34-year-old man who first scaled a tree to flee from cops then got run over by a pickup after he climbed down will likely not be charged with a crime.
The unnamed man was taken to the hospital for minor injuries after the incident (which you can see here) then placed on a mental health hold.
The man had climbed a palm tree when cops arrived after reports of a man an woman arguing. The woman has not been identified as she left the scene before cops arrived.
No one else was injured in the ordeal.
