Phil Knight, the co-founder of Nike, has listed his home at the La Quinta Resort and Club for $1.55 million.

The house sits on a quarter-acre lot on the 12th fairway of the Mountain Course at the club, according to the LA Times. The place has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two dining areas, and a kitchen with a center island and breakfast bar.

The backyard boasts a swimming pool, spa, and large patio.

This marks the second property Knight has listed in La Quinta this year – with parcel of land the Madison Club being sold for $2 million this Spring, notes the Times.

Forbes estimates Knight’s net worth at $37.6 billion, so he’s probably not going to go for you lowballing him.  But, who knows, maybe he’ll throw in a pair of shoes?
