Firework Kardashians

The next season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians may look more like an episode of Judge Judy.

The family launched an 8-minute-long firework show just after midnight last Tuesday as part of Khloe Kardashian’s birthday party for her boyfriend James Harden. Nearby residents were pretty pissed about unexpected explosions – with many thinking it was a terrorist attack on nearby LAX.

Now, plenty of those residents are taking The Kardashians to court. Via TMZ:

Twelve Marina del Rey homeowners — including several celebs — have banned together and will file a small claims court lawsuit against Khloe and Kris for terrorizing an untold number of residents, who thought their city was under attack. Turns out it was a massive fireworks show at the stroke of midnight Wednesday to celebrate James Harden’s birthday just outside the breakwater.

Each resident will demand $7,500 … the max allowed in California small claims. As for their damages, one homeowner says her kid freaked out. Another says she has MS and her condition has worsened since the incident. They all say they suffered emotional distress.

Those suing claim this is not about the money, rather they want to have a chance to confront Khloe and Kris about their rude and selfish conduct. ┬áBut then, don’t we all.
