Motorcyclist dead after crashing in Palm Desert business park

A motorcyclist is dead after a crash in a Palm Desert business park on Sunday afternoon.

The crash happened around 3 pm on El Duna Court in a business complex north of the 10 Freeway.

“Upon arrival we got here and found the motorcycle down,” California Highway Patrol Officer Raymond Chavez told KESQ. “There were witnesses that reported the motorcycle popping wheelies up and down the road. It appears the motorcyclist lost control and collided with the building back here.”

The victim has not been identified, but officials say he is a man in his 20s or 30s.
