Mega Millions winner is selling this $26 million Yucaipa area estate

A man who won $180 million in Mega Millions in 2014 used part of his winnings to buy a 50-acre estate, steakhouse, and buffalo ranch in the Yucaipa / Oak Glen area is now selling it off – which is good news if, well, you recently won the lottery.

Rick Knudsen has owned the 50-acre Eagle Crest Mountain Estate while it was being constructed after winning the lottery, according to the Wall Street Journal. The home is a 16,000-square-foot, five-bedroom mansion that sits at the highest elevation for a private house in Southern California at its location on Little San Gorgonio Peak.

The house has a 17-seat theater, an elevator, wine, cellar, a private deck and spa for the master bedroom, and a gym. There’s also two ponds, a stream, and a six-bay garage.

But hey, it doesn’t stop there. You also get the buffalo ranch and the Oak Glen Steakhouse as part of the deal and now I’m even madder that I didn’t win the lottery.
