The innovative minds at KFC (in a quest to give you the highest cholesterol possible) have unleashed “The Double Down Dog” – a hot dog served up on a fried chicken bun and lathered with cheese sauce.
Your cardiologist can rest easy for now, as you will not be scarfing down a Double Down Dog anytime soon – as currently, the monstrosity is not available in California (only available in The Philippines…for now anyway). Then there is also the fact that it looks pretty fucking gross:
