A West Virginia man was arrested twice on Tuesday after attempting to serenade students with his version of Justin Bieber songs, according to police.

The cops claim 26-year-old Dloantie Lewis walked into Dunbar Middle School, told administrators he was Justin Bieber, and then demanded to sing over the intercom. The cops were called and Lewis was taken to a nearby hospital and cited for having marijuana reports WSAZ.

Just a few hours later, Lewis showed up at Kiddie College and, according to police, demanded to sing there.

Police arrested Lewis again and this time he was taken to jail.  He was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Authorities believe that Lewis may need help with mental issues – but he was able to leave the hospital before an evaluation was given.
