

A man was arrested Thursday at the site of a car crash in Palm Springs after he pushed a firefighter.
The firefighter was part of a crew that responded to a car crash at 1 pm on eastbound Dinah Shore Drive, reports the Desert Sun. The driver, according to police, lost control of her car and crashed into the center median.
While authorities were attempting to treat the driver, her male passenger interfered with firefighters, was uncooperative, and pushed a firefighter – reports KESQ.
The man, who was not named, was arrested on suspicion of battery.
The driver was taken to a local hospital for moderate injuries.
