A man has been arrested after police say he took dozens of upskirt videos of women while they shopped in the Inland Empire.

Mark Anthony Duchane, according to police, would record women under their skirts and dresses and then engage them in conversation while recording their faces.

Police found images and videos of 42 women, reports ABC 7. The videos were taken at shopping centers in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Rialto, and one in Orange County, in 2016 between May 29 and June 12.

A victim told the TV station that the suspect was squatting and looking at items on a lower shelf at a Walmart in Rialto, then stood up and talked to her about hair products – all while she was with her 8-year-old daughter.

She said she didn’t know it happened until the suspect left and her 8-year-old told her she saw him record her up her dress.

Police have identified some of the victims, but there are still more than 30 unidentified women police are trying to reach, according to the Sun.

Police say the alleged victims appear to range in age from 16 to 60.
