Las Vegas is getting a new headliner in 2016: Lionel Richie.
The singer announced Wednesday he will be launching a residency called “Lionel Richie – All the Hits” on April 27 at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
The singer does have a ton of solo hits including “All Night Long (All Night),” “Hello,” “Stuck on You,” “Say You, Say Me” and “Dancing on the Ceiling” – and that is not even mentioning his stuff with The Commodores.
Richie is set to perform shows in April, May, September and October. Tickets will run you between $59 and $199 (which is not terrible for Vegas shows) and go on sale Friday.
Richie said in a statement: “It’s a high energy show that is a perfect match for such a vibrant city!”
