The Desert Sun has compiled some financials for the two guys running to represent the Coachella Valley in Congress.   In the article, we learn that while Raul Ruiz is holding onto some shares of Apple stock, gold and a shit ton of student loans, Jeff Stone is basically a one man Airbnb.  Hell, you are probably renting out one of his places this weekend.

Stone, a pharmacist by training, lists 51 rental housing units, mainly in Murrieta and Temecula, valued at between $100,000 and $250,000; one rental property worth between $250,000 and $500,000 and another, in Las Vegas, worth between $1 million and $5 million. The value of the real estate ranges from $6.85 million to $19.2 million. Some of the properties have mortgages.

53 rental units seems like a lot of toilets to clean and sheets to wash.  Will Stone even have time to go to Congress?  And who is allowed to leave a $13 million range when estimating these things?

Meanwhile, somewhere on Highway 111, Raul Ruiz is sweating profusely while praying his shitty car won’t break down on his way home.
