The Indio SuperTarget, which opened in 2008, is closing.
Several employees told KESQ about the closing on Tuesday. The city of Indio’s Economic Developer, Carl Morgan, confirmed the news.
A Target spokeswoman told the TV station that eligible employees would be given the option to transfer to other stores.
The store, on Jackson Street, will close sometime in early 2017.
