In N Out Burger in Palm Springs? Here’s where to get a Double-Double.

(In-N-Out)

If you are in the desert for a vacation, convention, or visiting grandma, sooner or later you will most likely get a craving for a tasty Double-Double, fries, and a shake from the best fast food burger joint in America. So where’s the closest In N Out Burger in Palm Springs?

I decided to post this as I have had several friends who got a room in downtown Palm Springs over the last couple of months text me asking where the nearest In N Out Burger is and figured that this could help out the thousands of visitors to the city (and all desert cities) who don’t have my phone number and needed a delicious cheeseburger in their life as quickly and easily as possible.

(In-N-Out)

So here’s the deal: there is no In N Out Burger in the city of Palm Springs. Bummer, I know. But, there are several In N Out Burger locations in the Coachella Valley (or Greater Palm Springs, if you will).  Here’s the info on them:

Thousand Palms

This is your closest In N Out to Palm Springs. There isn’t a whole lot else around the burger place (tourist wise), but it does make a convenient stop after a day at the Coachella Valley Preserve.

Distance from downtown Palm Springs: 9 miles
Time traveled: 20 minutes
Estimated One-Way Uber Fee: $18.26
Address: 2265 Varner Road, Thousand Palms, CA

Cabazon

If you drove into the Coachella Valley, you probably saw this location next to Morongo Casino Resort Spa and the Outlets.  If you flew in, you can rent a car and do some shopping at some of the nine billion outlet stores nearby after you gobble up that Animal-Style burger.

Distance from downtown Palm Springs: 18.9 miles
Time traveled: 21 minutes
Estimated One-Way Uber Fee: $30.77
Address: 49188 Seminole Drive, Cabazon, CA

La Quinta

If you are in town for Coachella or Stagecoach, you will pass this place on your way to the festival. It’s also not too far from Palm Desert and Indian Wells, for those in the Coachella Valley for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament, staying for a bit at the Desert Springs Marriott, or whatever it is you’re doing.

Distance from downtown Palm Springs: 18.8 miles
Time traveled: 36 minutes
Estimated One-Way Uber Fee: $35.30
Address: 78611 Highway 111, La Quinta, CA

Indio

Okay, so technically, this In N Out is closer to the Empire Polo Club, home of the festivals, so if you are camping at Coachella or took an RV to Stagecoach, this would be your restaurant.

Distance from downtown Palm Springs: 24.5 miles
Time traveled: 36 minutes
Estimated One-Way Uber Fee: $38.31
Address: 82043 Highway 111, Indio, CA

Enjoy your In N Out Burger and Palm Springs!
