The third run of Goldenvoice’s Pasadena fest Arroyo Seco Weekend will have to wait until at least 2020 as the event will be “taking a year off” Rose Bowl General Manager Darryl Dunn told Pasadena Now.

Dunn said that promoters “just decided that this year, their opinion is it’s in their best interest to take the year off and hopefully come back better in 2020.” Dunn pointed out that initially Goldenvoice’s Coachella fest took a year off and then came back stronger than ever.

Headliners for the festival included Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Mumford and Sons, and Weezer in 2017 and Neil Young, Robert Plant, and Kings of Leon in 2018.
