Is this a $63 million winning lotto ticket?

A Los Angeles man says that he is the winner of the still-unclaimed $63 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot, but officials rejected his winning ticket because it was “too damaged”.

The actual winning ticket was sold in Chatsworth and had the winning numbers, 46-1-33-30-16, and the Mega number of 24.

Brandy Milliner, of Los Angeles, filed a lawsuit on Wednesday claiming that he, in fact is the true lottery winner. Milner showed his “winning ticket” to KTLA. He claims that he gave it to California Lottery officials and received a congratulatory letter – only to be told a short time later that the ticket was “too damaged to be reconstructed” and he would not be paid.

This is Milliner’s alleged winning numbers on his ticket:

Lottery officials are, well, suspicious.

“The last-minute timing of this is suspicious,” lottery spokesman Russ Lopez told the LA Times. “I am not saying it’s not real.”
