8-year-old El Cajon girl used ‘Cheetah Paw’ Kung Fu move to fight off intruder

An 8-year-old girl escaped from a would-be kidnapper with a Kung Fu move called a “Cheetah Paw”, according to El Cajon police.

After a man crawled through a window of on the first floor of her condo about 4 a.m., the young girl awakened to see him in her bedroom, reports Fox 5.

The man grabbed the girl and began to drag her down the stairs at which point she used the “Cheetah Paw” move and struck him in the neck which led him to drop her and flee the home

“You go like this — Ha!” the girl explained of the move to NBC 7 while she threw a punch.

The girl then woke up her parents, who called the cops.

The girl’s mother told the tv station that she learned self-defense movies in a martial arts class.

Police are looking for the suspect who is described as a tanned adult wearing dark clothing and a backpack with many zippers. The man also was said to smell of “garbage.” He had dark “fluffy” hair, thin build and was between 5-feet, 8-inches to 5-feet, 10-inches tall.
