Have you ever wanted to own a set of sheets that thousands of other people have slept (and done God knows what else) on?
Have you ever wanted towels that wreaked so badly of bleach that they nearly knocked you out?
Have you ever looked at a hotel room’s remote control and said, “hey, I want to take this germ and bacteria filled thing home to my kids!”?

If you answered yes to any of these, Friday is going to be a big day for you! The soon-to-be-torn-down Spa Casino is hosting a liquidation sale (a.k.a. “We were just going to throw this shit away but let’s see if someone will buy this crap first sale”).

Available for purchase will be bed linens, restaurant equipment and supplies, TVs, “modernist style furnishings,” fitness equipment, and more.

The liquidation sale starts on Friday at 9am and will run for 30 days at the hotel – which is at 100 N. Encilia Street in Palm Springs. Hours will be 9-5 M-F and noon to 5pm on weekends.

Opening weekend, they will be charging $3 admission (yup, you pay in order to have a chance to buy used shit because ‘Murica!) – but it might be worth it just to see all of the local cry babies lose their shit over the ugly, old hotel being torn down.
