The Palm Springs Police Officers Memorial Foundation is taking donations that will go to the families of the two officers who were killed in the line of duty Saturday in Palm Springs.
Sgt. Jose Gilbert “Gil” Vega, 63, leaves behind a wife and eight children. Officer Lesley Zerebny, 27, is survived by her sheriff’s sergeant husband Zachary and 4-month-old daughter Cora.
There are a few ways to donate:

- You can also walk into any Bank of America and write a check to : Palm Springs Police Officers Memorial Foundation
- You can send donations to the Palm Springs Police Officers Association, 180 N Luring Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262
- You can also come directly to PSPD and provide donations
You should specify with your donation which family you would like to donate to, or if the donation is for both families.
