Not sure why this woman is wearing an ankle monitor – but, after being recorded stealing a package from a Moreno Valley home, I would guess she will be wearing it a bit longer than planned.
The woman was recorded getting out of the passenger seat of a car and taking the box from a home on Roja Street before running back to the car.
Police are working to identify who the woman is. Meanwhile, the woman is somewhere pissed off that she is probably going to jail for what turned out to be a box of dog food.
