Nearly 100 cited for illegally using disabled parking placards at Coachella Weekend Two

This doesn't happen if you park where you are supposed to

Indio Police is out with the arrest numbers for Coachella Weekend Two – and while there were a handful of arrests for alcohol or drugs, what stands out most is that nearly 100 people got busted for trying to illegally use a disabled parking placard.
