Coachella and Stagecoach Made a Ton of Money In 2014!

The final numbers are in and Coachella 2014 raked in some serious coin. According to Billboard, Coachella 2014 grossed $78 million over the course of the two weekends, which is $11 million more than the festival earned the year prior.

That breaks down to 96,500 festival-goers per day for a combined total of 579,000 over both weekends.

Meanwhile, the weekend following Coachella, The Stagecoach country music festival, drew 63,400 per day for a total attendance of 190,200 and a total gross of $18,615,000.

Total attendance for all three weekends at the Empire Polo Field was 769,000 paid, resulting in a gross of $96,947,000!

Pre-sale tickets to Coachella 2015 have sold out. Regular ticket sales and lineup announcement should take place early next year.
