Hey! What the hell, Lady!!

As we all know, trick or treating (like Trix cereal) is for kids. Sure, the occasional awesome house may hand out an adult treat (btw, thanks for the Jack and Coke Saturday night, random house in La Quinta), but trick-or-treating is really about the kids – I mean, you have a job and can buy candy whenever you want. No one person proves why trick-or-treating is for kids-only more than a woman in San Diego who was busted stealing all of the Halloween candy from a house that, unbeknownst to her, recorded the whole thing.

Nathan Brown and his roommates put out several boxes of full-sized candy bars for trick-or-treaters outside their home with a note that read “Help yourself but please be considerate!”. This was sort of an “social experiment” or something as Brown told Fox 5 that it would be e “fun to see who takes what.”

As the video shows, the kids all just take one or two pieces of candy – but then, along comes the lady in the bunny ears…

Brown told Fox 5 that the woman, along with a masked child, made off with about 50 candy bars, Brown told Fox 5.

“You’d think they would appreciate someone putting out a full candy bar, that, you know, maybe we should save some for the kids, but no, that’s not how it works,” Brown told Fox 5. “Apparently there’s one bad apple that has to ruin it for everyone.”
